Join us this February for Filthy Hands Friday, a four-week program designed to sharpen your stickhandling skills just in time for playoffs. This focused, high-intensity training is your chance to elevate your game, master puck control, and develop the quick hands needed to dominate on the ice.
With Coach Casey Rooney leading the sessions, you'll benefit from his expertise and attention to detail in small, personalized groups. Spaces are limited—only 6 athletes per session—so don’t miss your chance to prepare for the most important games of the season!
