As a skills coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes ranging from NHL professionals to Mite hockey players. Through years of experience, I’ve witnessed how mental barriers can hold back even the most skilled players. This inspired me to dedicate five years to studying human performance, experimenting with proven strategies to enhance focus, composure, and emotional control. The result is a transformative program that equips athletes with tools to excel not only in hockey but in all aspects of life.

 

What the Program Offers


This 8-week program is designed to sharpen mental skills like focus, composure under pressure, resilience, confidence, and leadership. Through weekly 30-60 minute calls, personalized goal-setting, and consistent support via check-ins, athletes will develop discipline, effective time management, and a winning mindset.
